Zach Ho is a corporate trainer, public program facilitator, and integral coach with over two decades of experience developing leaders, teams, and organizations.
As Co-Founder of Origin of Wisdom, he contributed in the creation of the SEEDS programs — a framework focused on belief systems, human behaviour, and sustainable transformation.
His work integrates leadership development, sales psychology, personality dynamics, and whole-brain learning to create practical and lasting change for individuals and organizations.
He facilitates both corporate and public programs across Asia and internationally.

For over 20 years, Zach has facilitated leadership, sales, and team development programs for corporations and individuals, guiding participants through experiential learning processes that integrate psychology, communication, and personal mastery.
He serves as Lead Facilitator for the SEEDS Foundational and Money SEEDS programs, and heads corporate training initiatives including SEEDS Corporate, Service Excellence, Being NICE Sells, and customized leadership and team development programs.
Zach is a Certified Master Facilitator and has co-developed several proprietary models, including:

• DISCO Framework — emphasizing holistic personality mastery
He is highly trained (by Dr. Rain Lim) in the WISE Facilitation Technique — combining accelerated learning, whole-brain engagement, NLP, and suggestive learning methods.
He also co-authored Being NICE Sells, a practical approach to ethical and relationship-centered sales.
